All product must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We ship to the 50 United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.  Your order will ship same day when payment is received by 2:30pm Eastern Time Monday thru Friday.* A shipping notification will be sent to your email address as soon as the item(s) leave our warehouse.
 
We now offer USPS Priority Mail International to our customers in Canada and Puerto Rico.** 
 
Standard orders to the 48 continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), ship via UPS Ground.  Delivery typically takes between one and six business days, depending on the distance from the East Coast to the final destination. 
 
Please note that UPS Ground does not deliver to Puerto Rico.  Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International at no additional charge, unless an expedited option is specified by the buyer.

UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available at additional cost to customers in Alaska and Hawaii, or those customers who would like to receive their orders sooner.
 
There is no need to purchase insurance on orders of $100 or less, as you are automatically covered by UPS.  If your order is more than $100 and you would like insurance, please contact us for rates. 
 
All shipping methods exclude weekend and holiday delivery (i.e. Next Day Air items shipped on Friday will be delivered the following business day). Please note that UPS can only ship to a physical address.  Therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO Addresses.
