You are bidding on a BRAND NEW Urethane RALLY Style Front Lip compatible with Subaru Impreza Wrx Sti 04 05. All of our lips are made with 100% Polyurethane material, high pressure steel injection molding. Using only the top quality, grade-A material, our lips are extremely durable and flexible that will easily fit your vehicle.
Please Know: To lower the item/shipping cost to our customers, this item is folded and ship in a smaller box, instead of a regular lip box. The item is folded, which will not create any fitting issue. If you want to ship the item in a regular lip box, please add additional $15 when checking out.

Concerning Refunds and/or Returns:

• - All our products are sold "as is" and all sales are final. 

• - No return or refund will be granted. (Returns/refunds may be granted under certain circumstances. Read under [shipping damage] for detail.)

• -If a return is granted, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

• - All approved returns must be sent back to Tuner Option in an unaltered condition with the original packaging.

• - Replacements are negotiable

• - Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

• *** Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. ***

Concerning Shipping Price:

• -All shipping and handling fees indicated above are non-negotiable.  

• - Any bidders outside the 48 contiguous states must contact us for an estimate before bidding as all winning bids will be honored. (Note that the flat shipping rate applies to the48 states only)

• - A negative feedback will be left for any winning bidders who decide the shipping is too high after the end of the auction.

Concerning Shipping Damage:
    *** We check all our products to make sure they are 100% non-defective before shipping them out***

• - What to do when you receive your winning item:

1. 1. Check all packages immediately in the presence of the deliverer before signing the receipt

2. 2. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected

• - Be sure to open and check package before signing for the release of the product as the carrier will refuse claim if damages are not reported at the time of receipt. 

• - We are not responsible for any damages incurred while shipping. The buyer is responsible for claiming all damages incurred while shipping with the carrier if the optional insurance is purchased.

• - If the item has been damaged during the shipping process:

1. 1. Reject the package (do not sign the delivery receipt)

2. 2. Specify the damage on the delivery bill

3. 3. Have the delivery person sign the bill as verification

4. 4. The shipping company may inspect the packaging  afterwards so be sure the retain all received packages

5. 5. Contact Tuner Option within 24 hours to file a claim request

• ***  Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. ***

• -In the case of a shipping damage, a refund will be granted when a shipping damage claim has been settled with the carrier.

• - *** Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Tuner Option

Concerning Warranty and Traffic Regulations:

• -  Warranty is not offered-- all sales are "AS IS"

• -All our items are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road, show use only.  We are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. 

• - Some of these products may not be approved for street/highway use by the DMV.  The buyer is responsible for any removal of reinforcements of bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle

• - Tuner Option will not be held responsible for your own actions. 

Concerning Fitment Issues:

*** We strongly recommend that a professional body shop with fiberglass body kit experience
to perform the installation on the body kits. ***

• - Most of our products are 100% hand laid fiberglass and/or carbon fiber. Consequently, they will NOT be a direct bolt-on and may require modifications and alterations to fit your vehicle. 

• - Most of our products may require filling gaps, shaving, sanding, prepping, or other extensive body work. 

• -  Modifications may also include cutting or, possibly, removal of the reinforcement bars. 

•  

• -  Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment of the product. 

• -  However, if fitment is off by extreme margins, contact Tuner Option and a refund will be considered. 

Know the product before you purchase them. By complying with our policies, the customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing theses products.
