    • We do not include instruction manual, therefore we do not recommend DIY.

    HOW TO PAY?

    HOW WE SHIP?
    • Item is usually in stock in our warehouse
    • After payment is received, it takes about 3 weeks for processing and delivery. But please be reminded delivery time can vary due to custom delay, holidays and seasonal mail congestion. Therefore whenever you do not receive items after 3 weeks time, please do not worry. Just send us email and we will try to check out what has happened.
    • We will send email notification when item is shipped out.
    • We will not be responsible for mail lost or damages if insurance is not bought or the mail address given is incorrect. Therefore we highly recommend buyers buy the optional insurance.
    • The shipping for all USA customer is $59.00

    WHAT TO DO WHEN PROBLEM ARISE?

    • There is usually 2 problems:
      1. Item too long not received. In this case, I will check with the post office, if item is really sent lost and you have bought insurance, we will send you another one for sure
      2. Item receive is broken. In this case, if insurance is bought, we will send a replacement item to you, but if insurance is not bought, then no further remedy action can be done.
