    All merchandise is guaranteed with 30 DAYS from original date of purchase. If an item is defective, you must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which must be printed clearly on the outside of the package that is being returned in order for us to process your return request. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable in any situation. Return cost of any defective item is the sole responsibility of the customer. A 15% Restocking fee will applies to any non-defective returns. You will receive an e-mail notifying you of any credit applied to your account. Please allow 3-5 days for processing.
