Up for auction is (1) one 14" Hubcap for a 1964 Rambler. As you can tell from the photos, this cap is in nearly show condition. It's only flaws are a few very fine surface scratches and a flat spot along the outside edge. This can be seen in the 11 o'clock position in the first photo. The mounting ring is straight and solid. This cap mounted solidly when I tried it on my 64 Classic 770. I don't believe that this cap is NOS, but it is about as close as you can get.
