THIS IS A EVINRUDE LIGHTWIN 4 OUTBOARD MOTOR. I HAVE NOT TESTED THIS MOTOR AND SELLING IN AS IS CONDITION. IT DOES NEED A PROP AS SEEN IN PHOTOS. THIS MOTOR DOES APPEAR TO HAVE GOOD COMPRESSION BUT I HAVE NOT TRIED TO START IT. THE PULL STARTER DOES RETRACT SLOW. GREAT FOR THE USER OR COLLECTOR.
