All parts are used unless stated otherwise. Parts will come with a 30 day warranty unless otherwise stated; this guarantees the part to work for 30 days from the time of receipt. Any part that fails to operate within the warranty period will be replaced or refunded at the purchase price at our discretion. **No Refunds on special order or special “cut” items.

Please inspect your part(s) upon arrival and report any damage within two (2) days of receipt.

Installation damage, modification or unreported damage to a part will void the 30 day warranty.

After 7 days, any unpaid auction wins will be subject to an Unpaid Item Dispute (UPI) through eBay AND cancellation. A RELIST fee (when applicable) and RESTOCK fee of 20% of purchase price will be charged for any cancelled or returned order.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We ship Flat Rate within the Continental United States only via UPS, FEDEX and various Freight Companies. Shipments will be shipped within 5-7 business days via ground service only (no expedited service available) unless other arrangements are made – We CANNOT and WILL NOT guarantee shipping times. We will ship items during our normal business hours Monday-Friday.

Any palleted items (i.e.: transmissions) need to be shipped to a business address. If a palleted item needs to be shipped to a residential address, an extra $75 will be added to the shipping cost.

Pick up at our facility is available. All pickups will be subject to 6% Connecticut Sales Tax. Any item shipped within Connecticut will also be subject to 6% Connecticut sales tax. Customers must wait 24 hours after contacting us before picking item up to allow time to pull the part.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

We accept immediate online payment via PayPal only.

Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to rebuildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description.

Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it.

A Grade	- The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age.
B Grade	- The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age.
C Grade	- The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage.
No Grade	- A part that has not yet been graded.
