Shipping and Handling
NOTE: We do not ship to PO BOX or APO addresses if item is oversize. Our freight companies do not allow this. You will be charged extra if you have a PO BOX or APO address if item does not meet our minimum weight requirements. Please contact us before purchasing.
1. Free shipping only applies to locations within the 48 continental united states.
2. Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico buyers will be required to pay extra shipping charges. If shipping charges are not listed on the auction, please contact us for accurate charges.
3. All international buyers must pay for custom duties and taxes, and free shipping will not apply unless otherwise stated.

Methods of Shipping
USPS - Products that weigh 12oz or less will ship via 1st class mail through the United States Postal Service
UPS - Most products that weigh 1lb or more will ship via UPS Ground
Fedex - Most products that weigh 1lb or more will ship via FEDEX Ground
Truck Freight - Oversized packages such as body kits and hoods will ship via truck freight
UPS/FEDEX INTERNATIONAL - Most international orders will ship via UPS or FEDEX, but sometimes it will also ship via USPS. We reserve the right to choose what method of international shipping we will use.
How long will it take to receive my item?
Once we receive your payment, your order is processed within 24-48 hours (not including weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation e-mail stating we got your order, and another e-mail soon after with your tracking information. Typically, you will receive your product within 1-5 days of shipment. Please contact us if you have any other questions.

International buyers
We ship internationally. If shipping method or price is not listed in the auction, please contact us for a rate quote.
Buyer must pay Custom and dutie taxes! We will not be responsible for your duties and taxes, if you purchase a product from us you are agreeing to our terms of sale.
What if my shipment is Damaged during transit?
All of our shipments are packaged well and checked before shipping out. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Luckily, all of our products already include insurance free to the customer.
Procedures:
1. Please inspect your product before signing for the package!
2. If driver does not let you inspect package, do not sign for it! Call us right away and do not let the driver leave with the package! Wait for instructions from us before accepting the package.
3. If the package is damaged, please sign that the packaged was damged on delivery while the driver is still with you. Save a copy of this, this will be needed for all damage claims!
4. Notify us immediately of the situation and what happened, and we will take care of it from there.
5. If the package was damaged on delivery, we will send you out a brand new replacement.
