Why am I being charged a sales tax when you are located in Southern California?
We are a national retailer with physical locations nationwide. We are required to charge all applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence, which includes distribution centers, operating stores and/or new stores under construction. Some taxing authorities also require the taxable amount to include any shipping and handling charges, while others charge sales tax only on merchandise. We are required to follow the rules of each state.
Do you offer combined shipping discounts?
Our shipping and handling is fixed at a set price and we do not offer combined shipping at this time. Shipping and handling covers packaging materials, labor, and shipping charges. You will find that in most cases we are still cheaper than our competitors.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, you can call us or send us a message through Ebay for a quote. Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I ordered a manual transmission radiator but received a radiator with transmission coolers for an automatic?
Many of our radiators are universal. A universal radiator will fit both an automatic and manual transmission. If you have a manual transmission and do not need the transmission cooler, you would simply leave them alone. Since they are self contained, nothing will leak out of them if you’re not using them.
How do I return an item?
Please call us at the number in our ad to obtain a RMA number. Our customer service representative will then give you further instructions on your return or exchange. Please note that WE CANNOT PROCESS ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
