All sales are FINAL. All package disputes must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All items returned must be in "New" condition without any damage, with all accessories and manuals, etc. A 20% re-stock fee will be applied for any refunded items, and shipping will NOT be refunded back to the buyer. For all refunds, returns, exchanges and defects, items must be returned to us before we process the return. Buyer must obtain an RMA number prior to all returns or exchanges. No refunds or exchanges will be processed without an RMA number. RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Returns are usually processed within 5 days from the time item is received. Returns with missing accessories will incur an additional 20% re-stock fee, and all packaging must be in its original state with the original box.

RadiatorGuyz warrants their radiators and condensers, under normal use and service, for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle in which the radiator was originally installed. RadiatorGuyz's warranty of its products to be free of all defects in material and workmanship, as limited herein, shall be in lieu of, and exclusive of all, other warranties, except warranties implied by law. This warranty covers any parts furnished by RadiatorGuyz, but does not include labor and materials of any kind not furnished by RadiatorGuyz. This warranty is extended to and enforceable only by the first purchaser at retail.

This warranty limits the remedy of repair or replacement of any defective radiators at the discretion of RadiatorGuyz. Purchasers remedy does not include any unauthorized labor, material, or transportation charges.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties and/or limitations or incidental or consequential damages, so some of the limitations above may not apply to you.

Purchaser must first arbitrate any dispute or claim arising out of the breach of this warranty agreement, under the arbitration laws of the State of California and the rules of the American Arbitration Association, prior to commencing any lawsuit against the company.

Many of our radiators are universal. A universal radiator will fit both an automatic and manual transmission. If you have a manual transmission and do not need the transmission cooler, you would simply leave them alone. Since they are self contained, nothing will leak out of them if you’re not using them.

How do I return an item?
Please call us at the number in our ad to obtain a RMA number. Our customer service representative will then give you further instructions on your return or exchange. Please note that WE CANNOT PROCESS ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
