Payment
We accept PayPal, and Credit or debit card(Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard) processed
through PayPal or our Internet merchant account. We are not responsible for any
mailing issues. The item is subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee if the buyer wins/purchases
the item & then cancels the order(fee is used to cover our fees billed to
us by eBay). The item is also subject to a $4 fee if the buyer purchases a 'Buy-It-Now'
item & then changes the color or size. The item is also subject to a $20 fee

Return/Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept a return or exchange as long as the item has the original
tags and box(if applicable). Windscreens cannot be returned/exchanged if the original package is opened.
All returns must include the original tags and box(if applicable). Exchange/Return
must be mailed within 35 days of the original purchase date. Mail exchanges/returns
to: Performance Motorsports, 11099 Water Tower Ct., Holland, MI 49424.
Exchanges and
Returns: $11 flat fee for any item for a return, and $11 flat fee plus
shipping on an exchange. Whether it's a Helmet, Jackets, Suits, Boots, Shoes,
Gloves, T-Shirt, or Helmet Shield, the fee is the same. All returns and
exchanges must include our AUTHORIZATION
FORM. This form will include all information to help us
process the return/exchange quickly and correctly. CLICK

email or call for availability on exchanges because the item may not be available.
Refunds originally purchased with free shipping(most Alpinestars, Arai, Icon,
Thor and Pazzo Racing items), a normal shipping charge will also be deducted
from the refund.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected for Michigan residents only. Michigan sales tax rate is
6%. All taxes and/or dutys for International shipping are responsibility
of the buyer. We cannot mark packages as a 'gift' for international shipping.

Shipping and Insurance
Shipping: Shipping to the United States will be through FedEx ground,
or USPS. Shipping to Canada and all International will be through USPS First
Class International, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express Mail
International. Please note: FedEx does not ship to PO Boxes. If you address
is a PO Box, FPO/APO, or in Alaska or Hawaii, we reserve the right to ship the
item(s) USPS. Use the shipping chart above
for all rates. We also reserve the right to change shippers if the item will
arrive in the same timeframe. We normally ship within 1-5 business days once
payment has been cleared. Dainese items ship in 3-20 days since many of them are direct from Italy. If this item is sold here in our retail store before
it is sold online, we may need to order the item. This may add a couple days
to the processing of the order. All buyers are responsible for additional shipping
and handling charges incurred due to an invalid or undeliverable shipping address.
To the country of Gibraltar, we cannot ship Express Mail International.
