Up for bid is this silver on silver 1977 Corvette. It is very nice inside and out. This is a numbers matching car. A lot of work has been done on the mechanicals in the last 2 years. It has a new power steering pump, a beautifully rebuilt carburetor, a new gas tank sending unit and fuel gauge, new Firestone Indy 500 tires, a new engine wiring harness, rebuilt distributor and a new 61 amp alternator. All the gauges work but the clock. The cruise control, parking brake and turn signal return are not operational. The car runs great and never fails to start. The speedometer was replaced before I bought the car. It currently reads 12225 but the previous owner stated there was actually about 62000 miles on the car and it appears that is a reasonable number. I have put less than 1500 miles since I bought it. The oil pressure is good and the car has never over heated. This car gets a lot of attention and positive comments. I bought another classic car and I have to make room in the garage. This is a good opportunity to own a nice looking and good running Corvette for a reasonable price. As with any car this age, it is sold AS IS. There is no warranty on this car either expressed or written. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up. A $ 1000 deposit is due within 48 hours of purchase.
