1. Placing a Bid: Your bid constitutes a legally binding contract to purchase this vehicle. Please do not bid if you're not seriously interested or financially able to purchase this vehicle. 3. Bidder's Qualifications: You must be 18 years of age or older to bid and a current legal U.S. Resident. Chrysler does not allow sales to non-U.S. Residents. Please do not inquire unless you are a United States citizen (your e-mail will not be answered).

4. Special eBay Bid Retraction Rules: Please read eBay's "Retracting a Bid" (a.) 5. Trade-in Policy:  Tom Roush currently accepts vehicles for trade. For Tom Roush to offer an accurate appraisal of your vehicle, it is necessary that we test drive your vehicle. However, we are aware that out of state buyers and online vehicle sales prohibit this option. In this case, Tom Roush may offer a buyer a "sight unseen" appraisal range. This "sight unseen" appraisal is a range that the buyer may expect to receive from Tom Roush prior to an actual "onsite" appraisal. If you would like a "sight unseen" appraisal of your vehicle, please e-mail or phone 1-765-210-9640 and provide your vehicle year, make, model, sub model, engine type, VIN, a list of value added options such as: CD, A/C, roof rack, sunroof, alloy wheels, and a detailed description listing the cosmetic condition and mechanical aspects of your vehicle. 6 . Funds & Financing: In regards to payment, we accept the following: bank wire transfer, certified check from your bank or lender, or money orders. We do not accept personal checks. 7. Buyers Inspection: Tom Roush has done our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction.  Tom Roush welcomes a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer's inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Inspection fees, if any, are buyer's responsibility.

9. Taxes and Registration fees: Effective July 1st, 2004: All out of state buyers must pay sales tax in the state of Indiana if buyer drives or flies into the state of Indiana. The only exception to collection of Indiana sales tax is when seller arranges third party shipping to buyer’s state of residence. All successful bidders that take delivery of their vehicle in Indiana will receive a form ST-108 as proof of sales tax paid. Seller in no way makes any guarantee or statement regarding sales tax liability or method of computation in any state other than Indiana. Seller assumes no responsibilities for additional fees or taxed that may be due in bidder's home state at time of registration or plating. Due to the fact that sales tax laws vary widely from state to state, bidders are strongly urged to contact their own local Bureau of Motor Vehicles to determine how payment of out-of-state sales tax applies to their particular situation. Rebates and incentives that are applied to the vehicle could be taxed.

10. Title Information: Vehicle titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Once the vehicle has been paid for, on average, it takes 10-15 business days before the title is mailed to the winning bidder. Buyer will receive a free 31-day temporary license tag to cover this time of paperwork transit.

11. Shipping & Delivery: (a.) All shipping charges are buyer's responsibility. Tom Roush will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage. (b.) Licensed Carriers are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the shipper, not with Tom Roush. (c.) The amount of time it takes for delivery is dependent on the carrier, but is generally 5-10 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. You will receive a free 31 day temporary license plate with any vehicle sale.

12. Finalizing your Purchase: Successful high bidder MUST communicate with Tom Roush by phone at 1-765-210-9640 within 24 hours of the auction ending to make arrangements to complete their transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy within 24 hours, we reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. In order to secure winning bid on vehicle, Successful bidder (BUYER) must, within 24 hours of bid closing, contact Seller and issue a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500 via any major credit card. Within 7 days of bid closing, Buyer must send balance of funds by bank wire transfer or bank certified funds to Seller along with a copy of their driver's license. In the case where we are shipping the vehicle (or you are unable to pick up the vehicle within the allotted 7 day period) all documents will be sent FedEx to your address. You will then sign all documents and send them back, along with payment via FedEx. Furthermore, before said vehicle is released for shipment or pickup to Buyer, all other Sale related and title related paperwork must be signed and returned complete to Seller. Federal law prohibits us from exporting new vehicles. We reserve the right to deny any suspicious buyer the privilege of purchasing any vehicle from our inventory.
