Our Buying Process: We purchase a large majority of our beautiful vehicles in the southern states for one of two reasons: location and road salt!

We spend two days at the auction where most of the other dealers spend only one. Why.....we send three investors of our stores in a day before the sale starts to pull carfax reports, look at oil dip sticks, tires, and paint meters to make sure we are buying a top quality vehicle. Yes, we have made mistakes before and one or two have slipped through our fingers,  but nothing like the other guys, when we see them rush in the day of the sale fresh off the plane and buy the cars we would stamped "NO WAY NO HOW" on the inspection sheet, its worth the little extra effort. Yes, they can sell them a little cheaper then the ones we buy but you won't have the headaches with us. 

Conditioning: When they arrive at our store we have three outside companies that go through them with a fine toothed comb. Interior blemishes, door dings, minor scratches and dings have all been repaired to the best of our ability and the cars are in great condition.

Deposit: Deposit of $500 must be paid within 24 hours of auction close and buy it now exepted.

Payment: Items will not be available for pickup or shipping  ntil full payment is received and cleared by our local bank. Buyer has 5 days to pay or secure financing through the dealership.

Warranty: Equipment is covered by manufacturers warranty only.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your vehicle upon pickup please notify us immediately. This is the only time of to cancel your purchase. Your deposit is non refundible. Returns accepted case by case within 1 day of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping. And a 5% re-stock charge.

Financing: We offer financing through Rainbow Luxury Imports and the large selection of National lenders availible. All proposal payments are subject to credit approval.  Please see the Buyers Assistance section for a link.

Availability: We reserve the right to remove this listing due to on-site sales.

Equipment and Condition: Although Rainbow Luxury Imports does its best to insure correct descriptions and equipment details, some equipment may not apply do to always changing packages and equipment from the manufacture. We suggest you go over the equipment list fully with your Sales Person before purchase.

Inspection: Rainbow Luxury Imports will take this vehicle to local Mechanical Service Centers for your piece of mind. This is a Cost pre determined by the Service Center and payable at time of inspection via credit card. This is not the Resposibility of the Dealership. We suggest you get this vehicle and any other vehicle you purchase over the internet inspected for your protection. Rainbow does not warranty or guarantee or make any specific promises to fix things that need repair when you buy the vehicile or after the time of sale. Rainbow Luxury Imports will give you at your request any copies of repair or maintenance work done here at our location if you request it during normal business hours.

Keys and/or Owners Manual: From time to time the previous owner being individual or manufacturer may not have turned in extra keys or booklets for this vehicle. To insure the lowest possible price extra keys and or books are availible at an extra cost if not provided by previous owner.

Tax Title and License fees are based on your address and Department of Motor Vehciles of your County or Parish's normal charges. We will assist with all finance deals and cash deals are responsibility of the buyer.

Rainbow charges a $33.00 Notary Fee, A $100.00 Doc fee and a $4.00 Temporary Tag Fee.
