SHIPPING
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 Business days after your payment is received. Our system will automatically email you with the tracking info as soon as we receive confirmation from the warehouse it has shipped. Please make sure your shipping address is updated in your eBay profile and matches the shipping address in your PayPal account. We are required to ship to the address you provide in PayPal. We primarily ship UPS ground to the continental U.S. and offer USPS for HI, AK, U.S. territories, APO/FPO, and International destinations. Please note UPS can not deliver to P.O. boxes. We reserve the right to ship via different carriers if neccesary.
Expedited shipping (Next day, 2-day air etc..) may be available at an additional cost, please contact us before purchasing for pricing and availability. Any flat rate shipping fees or Free Shipping promotions apply for items shipped to the continental U.S. only; Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are subject to additional shipping fees. *Attention Customers outside the Continental U.S.* - Please allow an additional 1-4 business days for shipping. We can only ship Internationally from our main fulfiliment center in Arizona so some products must be transferred in before they can be shipped out via US Postal Service. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. RETURN POLICY
We value you as a loyal Bullzeye customer and make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase! We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your return / exchange request. The general rule is if we can return the item(s) to our supplier, we will accept it as a return. We may however pass along any related freight or re-stocking fees we will incur in this process.
If you wish to return your item and it meets our acceptable returns criteria detailed below, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number first. This number allows us to track the information related to your return and expedite your refund or exchange.
Items eligible for returns:
All original packaging, manufacturer paperwork and accessories must be included. Please take care in repackaging so that the merchandise does not get damaged in the return shipment. Merchandise damaged in return shipping will be refused for return.
Please note:
Return shipping for these items is the responsibility of the customer. In the case of exchanges, you may be required to pay the shipping costs for sending the replacement item.

Defective Merchandise / Order errors:
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
Time frames vary by manufacturer (Please be aware most manufacturers warranties do not cover the shipping costs of returning the items)
If a shipping error is made on Bullzeye's behalf, or if your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, we will send you a pre-paid return label via email. (US Only) or we will reimburse a reasonable amount for standard ground / economy return shipping costs (International customers)
Some warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer and not the retailer (Bullzeye) In this case we will assist you in any way possible by providing all the necessary contact info.
