Koni designs their shocks to provide optimized handling, ride, and control versus a typical factory shock. Factory shocks are under-damped and usually selected for financial reasons, providing only small parts of the working range with good ride quality.

Payment Terms For All Purchases
PayPal: We only ship to the address shown in the PayPal payment record. We do not use the address provided in the Ebay transaction record or ship to any address you provide to us via email or any other method that differs from the address provided by PayPal. This policy is for the security of all PayPal users and we make no exceptions to this policy.

Payments must be made within 7 days after winning auction. If your payment is not received in a timely manner, we will file an unpaid bidder strike with Ebay against your Ebay account. Failure to pay for an item costs us money (Final Value Fees are assessed at time of purchase, not time of payment) and the only way to get back those Ebay fees is to file the unpaid bidder strike.

International Shipments

The reason it may take longer to ship your item is that we can only ship your item from our main warehouse. In some cases we may have to bring product to our main warehouse first before it can ship out. In the event an item has to be brought to our main warehouse first, we will send you a notification with the estimated shipping date from our warehouse.
- International orders are usually 5 to 10 business days transit time (excluding customs delays).
- Your order ships by UPS Ground/Standard (Canada), UPS, Fedex, TNT, or USPS Express Mail International.

All Shipments
Once an order ships, we will send you an email via Ebay message service, mark the order shipped in the Ebay transaction record and update the PayPal payment record with the tracking information. Depending on your PayPal and Ebay notification settings you may or may not receive these emails in your inbox. Many email spam filters consider automated Ebay and PayPal emails as spam and will filter them as spam. Before sending us an email asking about the status of your order, please log into your PayPal account and check the payment record for a tracking number. Virtually all emails we receive from buyers about shipping status have a tracking number in the PayPal payment record.

When you receive an item, please inspect it immediately (including that you received the correct part number). If you find something is not in order (broken, missing, etc.), you must contact us within 7 days after receipt of product so that we can work with you the resolve the problem. We will not accept claims after 7 days. If an item is damaged or lost during shipping, please expect up to 3-4 weeks (if UPS or Fedex) or 60 days (if USPS) to get an approval from the shipping company for the damage or loss claim. Once the approval has been given to us, we will ship the replacement product. We are sorry, we cannot ship replacement product until we receive this approval. Also, you must be available for the shipping company to visit, phone, and/or email you about the damage and you must keep all shipping materials. If you fail to cooperate with the shipping company, we cannot finalize a damage or loss claim and replacement product cannot be provided.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We will accept returns and exchanges on this product minus a 20% restock fee (minimum $10) on the product price, shipping charges are not refundable. Listings with Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping will have actual shipping charges deducted before restock fee is applied. Please make sure you know what you are buying. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will issue a RMA number and detailed return instructions. We do not accept return or exchange requests after 7 days with the exception of warranty issues. You will need a RMA number or your return will be refused at our dock and shipped back to you at your expense. Only merchandise new in box and in completely resale-able condition will be accepted for returns.

Under no circumstances will we accept a return on any part that has been installed. This policy includes parts received in error due to a shipping mistake. Check your part number(s), check the instructions (if applicable), check your application before attempting installation.

If you have a warranty issue, please contact us at sales@autosportparts.com. We will work with you to help solve your warranty claim. For a warranty claim, most manufacturers only pay for product replacement or product repair (their option). Any additional costs, such as shipping, installation, removal, loss of use of vehicle, etc. are not covered by manufacturer's warranties.

CONSUMER NOTICE:

Please beware of some Ebay sellers selling hybrid parts (a small inexpensive name brand item included with an imitation part(s) to make it look like you are buying an authentic product). We do not sell such hybrid parts. Also, beware of sellers that use their own product images (not manufacturer provided images like we do) and do not offer a return policy. Those sellers are usually not authorized dealers and change distribution sources and/or seller names quickly to avoid manufacturer detection. Buying from unauthorized dealers may lead to huge problems when trying to obtain any factory service and support. Many manufacturers in the automotive business no longer offer direct warranty or support on products purchased from unauthorized (black listed) sellers and are using serial numbers and other methods to authenticate properly sourced products. Seller feedback is not an indication of factory support and service after the sale!

STOCK ON HAND STATEMENT:
Ebay does not allow for live update of stock on hand. We try to only maintain listings on Ebay that are currently in stock in our warehouse or our vendor's warehouse. In the event an item is on national backorder at the time of your purchase and it was left on Ebay by accident, we will give you an immediate full refund.
