 1960's -1970's Mopar Remote Mirror

 

 Nice original remote mirror.  

Mopar remote control drivers side door mirror. This is correct for only the drivers side door. 

Nice clean shiny chrome, no pits in the chrome. The chrome is very shiny and clean. No pitting, no peppering. The only problem is the inner (right) side of the base is scratched, as it looks like it it was scratched by sandpaper. The scratches would hardly noticable if at all when mounted.  The back of the  mirror head is clean with very minor road wear. 

The mirror face is nice and clean.  Date code on the mirror : 1 DMI 2

The remote functions well. The mirror adjusts in all directions and is tight and does not wobble around. 

Nice original gasket included. The remote cable is about 13 inches long.

Mopar part No. 2802301 on the bottom

This would be correct for  Dodge, Chrysler and Plymouth 1966 - about 1974 for several models. 

Chrysler 1966 - 1968

Imperial 1967 and 1968 

Dart and Valiant 1967 - 74

Barracuda 1967 - 69

Charger,  Coronet, Satellite, GTX, 1967- 1970

 Roadrunner, Super Bee, Polara, 1968 - 70
