BIDDING
ON A DAVR AUCTION YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING TERMS &
CONDITIONS!!
SHIPPING & PAYMENT CHARGES:
All shipping and payment
charges are clearly posted on EBAY PAYMENT SECTION of our auction.
These terms must be clearly and exactly followed. We make no
exceptions! Your Payment in full must be received in 7 days or less
on all auctions.
VEHICLE
SPEC E-MAIL:
We must receive your
vehicle e-mail with complete details including, EBAY auction number,
your e-mail address, your phone number, year, make, model, motor,
doors, and cab if a truck. Specific drop if we offer multiple drops.
For QUALITY CONTROL your parts WILL SHIP after we receive your
Detailed e-mail!
INSTALLATION:
BUYER AGREES all suspension parts should be installed by a
certified, professional installer. If BUYER performs installation ,
BUYER AGREES to refer to their local professional installer should a
problem arise, DAVR. If your professional installer has a problem
they must call at the time of installation. DAVR will take their
listed AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS phone number , research the problem and
call your installer back! NO BUSINESS LISTING NO CALL BACK!
WARRANTY:
For up to one year from the date of purchase ( on stock , non
lowered cars ) DAVR
will promptly replace any defective part. However due to the
complexity of suspension components DAVR suggests the buyer consult
with your local professional installer, as all cost to return
possible defective part is buyers! Buyer must receive RETURN GOODS
AUTHORIZATION ( RGA # ) before returning part.
VEHICLE
MODIFICATION:
Aftermarket suspension
components may require modification to your vehicle. If you have
questions your professional installer is experienced in these types
of modification, and the reasons for them.
RETURNS
/
EXCHANGES:
We
will exchange a part if found to be defective, for an EXACT
replacement part, no exceptions. The expense to return possible
defective part is buyers. See WARRANTY above. If part is found to be
defective DAVR will reimburse buyer ground UPS charges. DAVR does
not reimburse ANY incidental expenses ( including cost of
installation ) for any return item! We will return all product with
in 30 days of auction ending. Product must be uninstalled in it
original package. We charge a 25% restocking fee for all returns
Note: shipping is not refunded and it must be sent back at buyers
expense.
DAMAGE,
LOSS, OR SHORTAGE:
We highly recommend
INSURANCE on all items. Any order not received, lost in shipment, if
insured will be replaced by DAVR in full. Any item not insured buyer
must make a claim with shipper. Any damage or missing parts must be
reported to Matix within 24 hours of receiving parts.
NON
PAYMENT:
Winning bidders are responsible for payment in full within 7 days of
auction close. DAVR incurs expenses with all auctions. These
expenses must be paid. Your non payment will require us to file a
NON PAYMENT REPORT, and a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK with EBAY. EBAY and
Matix will pursue payment in full with no EXCEPTIONS OR EXCUSES!!
