Shipping Policy
- Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your payment.
- Most orders are shipped by FedEx Ground, so please provide us with a physical shipping address (failing to do so may delay your order).
- We may ship an order by a different courier at our discretion.
- Average time of arrival is 5-7 days for domestic shipments by FedEx Ground.
- We can only ship to confirmed shipping address.
Returns Policy
ALL RETURNS ARE CAREFULLY INSPECTED UPON RECEIPT!
All returned shipments will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if returns are eligible for credit, replacement, exchange or repair. Please be sure to follow these guidelines to avoid any delay or denial of processing your return. Return processing may take up to 10 business days from the time your return is received. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Inflateair1 will not pay for or reimburse return shipping costs.
Returning a DEFECTIVE ITEM
Unless otherwise specified, we accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on products within 30 days of original invoice date. Inflateair1 shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or repair the item and return it to you.
Non-Defective Returns
NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS MAY BE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE and such returns will be for store credit or refund at Inflateair1’s sole discretion within 30 days of original invoice date. Please contact us if you have questions concerning which products are returnable, which products may be subject to a restocking fee or for an explanation of circumstances under which a restocking fee may be charged.
Terms & Conditions
Warranty
All products have a 1 year warranty on the parts. If a part breaks due to a defect of the item, Inflateair1 will replace the part free of charge with no additional shipping costs to the customer. Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void the warranty.
