CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS – All credit card payments are accepted through paypal.com.  We do not accept credit card payment over the phone or VIA email.  Please do not ask us to take a credit card payment over the phone.  Thank you.

RETURNS – All sales are final.  We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased from all auctions.

BASIC SHIPPING INFORMATION – All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer or from a warehouse location.  We do not offer pick-ups or will calls. Once the order has been process and placed into transit we cannot change or modify the service or address.  Shipping insurance is optional to purchase for your order.  We are not responsible for loss or damage if the item is not insured.

SHIPPING TO APO, FPO AND PO BOXES – We can ship to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses. Please be sure to select USPS (United States Postal Service) service for those addresses. Also Puerto Rico and Guam are United States addresses, just select United States as the country and enter in your zip code in the shipping calculator for shipping prices and quotes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION – Please note we are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by customs inspections or any logistic problems caused by the shipping service.  All items are shipped in a timely manner. Please be sure to provide telephone number for all international shipments.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES – We are not responsible for customs and tax fees collected for international shipments, these fees are all paid by the buyer once the item arrives and clears customs in your country.  All items shipped out of the United States to foreign countries are subject to customs and taxes charged by their country.
