BY PLACING A BID ON THIS AUCTION, YOU AGREE TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Concerning Refunds and/or Returns:

• - All our products are sold "as is" and all sales are final. 

• - No return or refund will be granted. (Returns/refunds may be granted under certain circumstances. Read under [shipping damage] for detail.)

• - If a return is granted, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 

• - All approved returns must be sent back to Tuner Option in an unaltered condition with the original packaging.

• - Shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge.

• *** Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense. ***

Concerning Shipping Price:

• - All shipping and handling fees indicated above are non-negotiable.  

• - Any bidders outside the 48 contiguous states must contact us for an estimate before bidding as all winning bids will be honored. (Note that the flat shipping rate applies to the 48 states only)

Concerning Shipping Damage:

    *** We check all our products to make sure they are 100% non-defective before shipping them out***

• - What to do when you receive your winning item:

1. 1. Check all packages immediately in the presence of the deliverer before signing the receipt

2. 2. Do not sign the delivery receipt until all packages have been inspected

• - Be sure to open and check package before signing for the release of the product as the carrier will refuse claim if damages are not reported at the time of receipt. 

• - We are not responsible for any damages incurred while shipping. The buyer is responsible for claiming all damages incurred while shipping with the carrier, we are glady to assit you with the shipping claim.

• - If the item has been damaged during the shipping process:

1. 1. Write only "Damage" on the delivery bill and Reject the package (do not sign the delivery bill/receipt)

2. 2. Specify the damage on the delivery bill (Must put Damage on the shipping receipt, otherwise claim will be denied.

3. 3. Have the delivery person sign the bill as verification and nothing else is written on the delivery bill.

4. 4. The shipping company may inspect the packaging afterwards so be sure the retain all  paper work

5. 5. Contact Tuner Option within 24 hours if you need any assistance

• ***  Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim. ***

• - In the case of a shipping damage, a refund or replacement will "ONLY" be granted when a shipping damage claim has been settled with the carrier.

• -*** Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipping back to Tuner Option

Concerning Warranty and Traffic Regulations:

• -  Warranty is not offered-- all sales are "AS IS"

• - All our items are aftermarket products and are intended for off-road, show use only.  We are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. 

• -Tuner Option will not be held responsible for your own actions or used of the products. 

Concerning Fitment Issues:

*** We strongly recommend that a professional customize (Fiberglass) body shop with fiberglass/carbon fiber expereinceto perform the installation on any customize parts. ***

• - Most of our customize products are 100% hand laid or fusion fiberglass and/or carbon fiber. Consequently, they will NOT be a direct bolt-on and may require little or extreme modifications and alterations to fit your vehicle. 

• - Most of our products may require filling gaps, shaving, sanding, prepping, latch adjustment, or other extensive body work. 

• -  Modifications may also include cutting, adding fiberglass, adding bundle or, possibly, removal of the reinforcement bars. 

Know the product before you purchase them. Contact us for any questions regarding this item. By complying with our policies, the customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in installing theses products.
