This is for a vintage half horn ring, with insert and plastic disc that I think I pulled off of a 1959 Chevy about 30 years ago. It is only a half ring, and never had the full ring design. In one end of the half ring the part number is 763191. There are no cracks, and it has a chime when you hold it tightly at the center and tap the ring. There is also a red nylon or plastic insulating attachment inside this, with 3 tubes attached in a semi-circle that align with, and fit into the 3 holes in the half-ring center. It has some shallow pitting on it.
The metal insert has a part number of 762226, and is held in place on the half ring by 2 screws(that don't match, but they are only screws that can easily replaced) Again, no cracks, but also has some shallow pitting. Enough to feel, but able to be rechromed or used as it is.
The plastic insert has a slight blemish in the silver grooved area below the checkered flag, but it is very difficult to see. The flags and the Impala shape are excellent.I do not have any of the spring mechanism or contacts for the horn electrically.
Shipping to the continental US is $12US surface small package, or $14.50US air mail, insured up to $100 for loss, and no tracking number. Further insurance for value and including tracking would be approx. $16.75US instead for shipping cost. All other provinces and countries cost different. Email me with any questions.
