REGARDING USED PARTS

Expect all used items to show some form of slight wear. We do not clean or detail any used parts before shipping, therefore it is likely that used items may have dirt or grease on them. Any major flaws or defects are mentioned within the listing.

We accept all major credit cards via telephone to 919-783-8886 during our business hours: Monday-Friday 9-6, Saturday 9-1, Sunday-Closed.

All residents of our state will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of auction. If payment isn't received within 7 days, the auction will be revoked and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.

While we offer USPS Priority Mail as a shipping option, we strongly suggest that you select UPS Ground (we also reserve the right to ship FedEx Ground). In our experience it is always better to use a shipping method that is traceable. The small difference in cost is more than worth it.

Combined Shipping: We combine shipping. Please notify us before payment of any item if you plan to bid on any of our other auctions. We can send you an invoice with the combined total for all items and shipping. Failure to contact us will forfeit your option for combined shipping, and you must pay shipping on each individual item.

PO Box Users: Before bidding, please provide a physical address (not a PO Box #) or contact us regarding shipping.

Alaska and Hawaii Residents, please ask for a shipping quote before bidding on any item.

International Bidders: Please do not bid on any of our auctions until you have requested a shipping quote and have received a response. All items $30.00 and over won by international bidders, will be shipped FedEx, or DHL - NO EXCEPTIONS! All items under $30.00 won by an international bidder can be shipped via USPS Air Mail or Priority International. No Parcel Post!

ShipOnSite takes great care in packing and shipping our items to ensure safe delivery to you. All auction winnings include $100 worth of insurance. Additional insurance is mandatory on all items. We will not ship items over $100 in value without insurance.

We charge a handling fee to cover our costs of materials and labor. Handling is nonrefundable. Any item over $250 will be shipped with a required Signature Confirmation.

Local Pickups: We welcome local pickup on any item. All local pickups are charged NC sales tax. Local Pickups also incur a $2.00 handling fee. Some of our larger Items that are defined as "Local Pickup", are held with our consignors off site, generally at their homes. Once payment is received, we will put you in contact with our consignor to arrange the Pickup. It is possible for there to be unforeseen moving related expenses, and the buyer will be responsible for those fees. Every attempt will be made in advance to determine the possibility and extent of those charges. If these charges are known, they will be added to the listing.
