UPS Tracking:

It takes 24-48hours for UPS to update their database with the latest pick up information.

USPS Tracking:

USPS doesn’t provide a real time tracking number like UPS. It however provides a USPS shipping initiation and receipt confirmation number. This number will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Duty and taxed for International Buyers:

All international buyers are responsible for duties and taxes. Canada buyer are also charged a custom/brokerage fees, these fees are not charged by our company, If you have any question regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your government official website.

Multiple Purchase:

We will give 10% discount on each additional item shipping charge. The highest First Item shipping and handling rates from all items on the order, and then use the Additional Item shipping and handling rates for every other item on the order. The Additional item shipping and handling is 10% off on the regular shipping and handling.  All combinable items must be won within 3 days and consolidated in one single checkout. We offer a 30 Day Limited Warranty for this item. We allow bidders to return the unused item for a REFUND of item price (Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable). If Item is damaged or not working on arrival, please report the item to us within 7 days of receiving the defective product so we can issue a exchange.

Please contact us to request a return authorization. Please include your name, auction number, and reason for return in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials.

Please carefully repack the item. Items returned will be tested and if found defective, we will be shipped a new replacement unit immediately. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.

Installation- Some of our parts are direct from EUROPE or ASIA which may need modification to install. Most of the items do not have installation instructions. We recommend professional installation if you have any questions about the product.

Please note: It is imperative that bidders understand the items are vehicle related and require installation and vehicle knowledge. They are not like shoes that you can buy on eBay and just put on your feet. Installation skill and experience varies so it is recommended the item is installed professionally (beware some shops are worse than others). We are not responsible if you or your shop cannot install the items properly. Do research on your car specific forums or find a shop that is specialized in aftermarket installs and knows your specific model. Those are the best places to have it installed. We wish all the tuner parts we sell were as simple as putting Shoes on your feet but they are not. Keep in mind, we do not make the products. We do our job which is to get you the best price possible and ship it out fast.

Please inspect all your order(s) upon receipt. Customer MUST contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived via email for all claims of shipment damage, defects, missing parts, or dissatisfy. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

If customer receives damaged or wrong item(s), please email us immediately. We will help you step by step for the exchange process. It may be necessary for us to look at the item you received in order to process the return, so digital pictures may be required for most of the cases.

If customer purchases the optional insurance, we will send a prepaid shipping label to the customer. You can take the item to the drop off location to return the item back to us. Once the item is back to our warehouse, we will exchange the perfect item to the customer and we will pay for the reshipping fee. Therefore, for customers who purchased the insurance, they are guarantee to get the perfect item even the product is broken during the shipping process.

If customer does not purchase the insurance, and in case the item is damaged upon arrival, customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us; on the other hand, we will pay for the shipping fee to reship the item; however, we will reship the item after carrier company approved for the damage claim, and the claim usually takes 1-2 weeks for processing.

How we calculate the insurance:

• 1) The insurance rate for the item price within $0.01-$50 will be $2.

• 2) The insurance rate for the item price of $50.01+ : $2 of the initial $50.00, plus 2% of the remaining closing value balance.

For example, if the price for the item is $60, the optional insurance will be ($2 + 10x$0.02)= $2.2
