Warranty: We offer a one year warranty on Motor and frame, and 6 months Parts warranty. Buyers are required basic repair skills such as using general tools; replacing nuts and bolts, filters, light bulbs, fluids, etc. The warranty is effective only if:
◊The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose;
◊The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.
Free Registration documentation: We provide a complete MSO (Manufacturer's Certificate of Origin) and the Bill of Sale which might be required for registration at your local Dept. of Motor Vehicles. The MSO is such an important document and is not supposed to be shipped with the scooter, it will be mailed to you after you receive your scooter and email us the VIN number on the scooter. MSO generally requires 2 ~ 4 days to process.

Boxed Scooter Package
All items are packed to a professional standard, in sturdy cardboard boxes. This packaging is very durable and designed to be used for long distance travel.
The crate will have several (4) steel bands holding the cardboard box in place around the steel frame.
The steel frame is welded together in many parts, but it can be taken completely apart by using a 14mm wrench (supplied in the tool kit which you will find in a tool bag under the seat). A plastic cover and bubble wraps are used to protect your vehicle from scratches. There are 4 wires holding the motorcycle in place on both sides of the wheels which can now be cut and removed. The bottom of the frame is raised from the floor a few inches to allow room for a fork lift to get under it, but it also means that the motorcycle's wheels are partially inserted into the floor of the frame to further prevent the vehicle from moving.

All items are shipped on our customized durable shipping pallets. Each pallet is secured with at least two straps or bands and be wrapped with plastic stretch wrap. And the stretch wrap is wrapped completely over the lip of the pallet.

Please keep in mind that it is our goal to ship your order the same day it is placed if we receive your order before 11:00 am Pacific Standard Time. Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. We will not accept any scooter returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, AND you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles.
If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly! Only after an inspection of returning product, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within 2-3 weeks of receipt.
You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable! Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost!
• The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging. A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment. .
• All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned.
• All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked. Warranty on parts is 180 days from date of purchase. |
