1. The Shipping and Handling (S&H)  is in 'flat rate' and same for all countries.
   We ship item within 3 business days.

2. Combined shipping can be arranged and the buyer must send request to us by email in advance. We will then send multiple items into one shipment. However, even thought the shipment contains more then one item, it DOES NOT MEAN in anyway that the buyer should pay shipping cost for only one item. Postage fee is charged based on weight, the more item to be shipped the heavier the shipment will be and hence more postage will have to pay. Please be fully aware of this before bid or buy it now.

3. Shipping cost is not solely the postage fee but also the handling, packaging and other misc. charges involved in shipping the goods.

4. Dispatch from Hong Kong by post (air parcel) for which will take:

Australia, USA and UK: 1-2 weeks(**however recently we have been told by ebay that there has been serious backlog in Hong Kong for the outbound airmails to the U.S. and significant delay in shipping time (of roughly 1 week) is now experiencing for this traffic and the shipping time now may take up to 3 weeks.) weeks
   Europe and other countries: 2-4 weeks

6. (Registered mail service is optional upon buyer's request via e-mail. In case it is required, additional postal of GBP1 for delivery to U.K., USD2.00 for delivery to U.S., AUD3.00 for delivery to Australia, USD2.00 for delivery to the rest of world will be charged through separate invoice.)

7. EMS (Express Mail Service) is available upon request by buyer.

1. We do not accept any change after the end of auction/sale.
2. Shipping and Handling (S&H) plus insurance fee are non-refundable at any case.
3. The business day that we refer here is based on the calendar of Hong Kong .

1. Buyer agrees to pay fixed shipping/handling fee as listed above. Note that Shipping and Handling (S&H) is not just the postage. It also includes all our costs of processing and handling the order. If you are not willing to pay the specified S&H, please do not bid.
2. Please email us first if you have any questions or problems with the item received. We will try our best to solve the problem for you. If we cannot help you through emails, we will give you return instructions. Buyers are responsible for shipping the items back for either replacement or refund. No refund or replacement will be processed without the item being returned back to us
3. We replace defective item free of charge providing that this will be returned to us at at buyer's cost. Upon receipt of the defected item, the replacement item will be then sent to buyer (we will pay this postage) . When returning defected item, it must be with the original package and in the original condition. (For example, the adhesive tape must remain unused while returning). However if the returned item is found to be working properly, you will be required to pay another S&H for us to send the item back to you. If you request refund in this case, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refund. S&H is also not refundable.
4. We offer shipping insurance to customers. We are not responsible for items damaged during transit if you do not purchase the shipping insurance. So shipping insurance is highly recommended.
5. For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs duty/tax if required by your customs.  However, we can mark the item as "gift" which might save you from the tax.
