Shipping Details

Orders received by 2pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday are normally processed that day. 

Most items we sell are shipped from our main warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.  We do ship items directly from our other warehouses which are located throughout the United States.  In some cases your items may arrive in seperate shipments, don't be alarmed if only part of your order arrives, the others will arrive shortly. 

We ship items via Fed Ex, UPS and USPS. 

We normally ship within 1-2 business days.  We will notify you via email if your order will take more than 2 days to ship.  Some items we sell are custom and may require additional time to complete. 

We will ship international, please contact us by email at sales@streetstylecustoms.com for a shipping quote.  Be sure to include your full address for the quickest service. 

Please allow an additional 1-7 days after your item ships.

All items we sell are new, unless otherwise noted.  We do occassionally sell used items we remove from vehicles we work on.  In that case, the item or items will be listed as used. 

We do accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.  All items must be new, not installed, in original packaging and include all original paperwork, installation parts and hardware.

All items returned must be in new condition with all accessories, manuals, instructions, installation hardware and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.  Products that have been installed are not able to be returned unless under manufacturers warranty.  Some items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.  

Please contact us prior to returning your item to receive a return authorization code.  Any returns received with out this number will not be processed and no refund will be issued.
