We prefer PayPal and accept all major credit cards.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.  Payment must be received within seven (7) days of checkout, or item will be forfeited, and a non-payment dispute will be opened with eBay and PayPal to recover the closing fees of the sale.

Shipping

Shipping is a fixed cost to the 48 contiguous states. Shipping cost to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico is $65.00, shipping cost to Canada is $90.00 (this price includes taxes & brokerage fee's). For shipments to Illinois addresses, we are required to collect 9.75% sales tax. 
We cannot ship to PO boxes, your order will not ship until we receive a physical address.

Warranty-Returns

Brakemotive rotors and pads have a 120 day warranty against workmanship defects.  Brakemotive rotors have a 1 year warranty against cracking when purchased with Power Stop brake pads.  Warranty is valid from the date of purchase provided that the product has not been subject to abuse or misuse in its use or installation, or has not been subject to modification or alteration.  Products must be installed per the manufacturer's instructions.  Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, abnormal operation, track racing, off-road use, or improper installation.  The warranty is non-transferable.  All warranty claims require a proof of purchase, and an RGA is required from Brakemotive for the return.  Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.  Compensation for any warranty claim will be either store credit or replacement of a product of equal value.  No additional fees for installation or any other cost will be reimbursed with warranty claim.  Only one warranty claim is allowed per customer. Brakemotive neither makes nor implies any other warranty as to suitability for purpose other than expressly warranted here and is not liable for any form of consequential damage losses or cost.

FAQ's

Q. What is better, drilled or slotted rotors?
A. The society of Automotive Engineer's paper shows that drilled rotors improve brake performance.  There are no independent test data to show that slots or dimpled holes improve brake output.

Q. Do drilled rotors crack?
A. A rotor is cast from molten iron.  Thick parts of the rotor cool more slowly than thin sections and this causes stress risers inside the rotor.  If the rotor gets hot too quickly, the stress risers can expand and cause cracks in the iron.  Stock rotors, slotted rotors, or drilled rotors can crack if there is thermal shock.  Kinetic rotors are made from quality castings and are machined to prevent cracking.

Q. Do I need to turn my rotors?
A. Kinetic rotors come balanced and ready for installation.  There is no need to turn down the Kinetic rotors.

Q. What is pad glazing?
A. Resin in the pad can turn to liquid and bleed out onto the rotor.  This can reduce pad bite and cause hot spots to form in the rotor.  The end result can be pulsation.  Drilled rotors prevent pad glazing as shown in the SAE paper.
