Shipping Information       

• Shipping charge shown in listing is for the continental USA (48 states) only.  All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will have an additional charge.

• Orders will only be shipped to confirmed addresses.  Sorry we cannot ship to Military Mail Box, APO's or FPO's.

• Orders are generally shipped the same or next business day after payment has been received.

• Delivery time for the continental USA is 1-5 business days by ground service.

• We use both UPS and USPS.  A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor your shipments progress.

• Shipping cannot be refunded.  Shipping costs are paid to the carrier and include packaging material.  They are never refundable after item is sent.

On the new eBay feedback system, you can now leave not only a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade our service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges.  It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating".

If you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a super score.  As an example, 4 stars in communication means "Satisfied", eBay, however, considers this a low grade.  Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or else we are penalized with higher fees, which ultimately are passed on the buyers.

In short, anything less than 4 stars = negative feedback!
