This is my baby. It was well kept and maintained by the owner (me). Some upgrades and customization was performed.
-Brakes are from an 06 model. For those of you who know Subarus, the calipers were upgraded to 4 pot fronts and 2 pot rears, with larger, vented rotors all around. Stainless brake lines were also installed. Front pads and rotors are new.
-Wheels are 18x8.5 5Zigen FN01RC, fitted with Yokohama winter tires (approx 8,000 miles of usage).
-Clutch is a heavy duty twin plate clutch from Ogura. The clutch was worn down at 55,000 miles, so I replaced it with a racing clutch. Clutch usage is a lot more solid and will probably outlast the car. Note: A rattling noise is common when the clutch is depressed. That is normal with racing clutches (approx 15,000 miles of usage).
-Motor has an oil catch can for longevity, Samco turbo hoses, and STI radiator cap. The air filter is a K&N and was cleaned prior to putting it up for sale. This vehicle was equipped with a turbo back exhaust for the life of the car. Stock exhaust was reinstalled for point of sale. This means you have catalytic converters with only 3,000 miles of usage. Synthetic motor oil was also used for the lifespan of the car. Spark plugs and fuel filter was also replaced at 60,000 miles.
-Interior is VERY clean. The entire wagon bed was custom lined with aluminum floor panels and sprayed with Line-X truck bed liner for durability (as I used to haul loads of construction materials). I opted to do that because I did not want to damage the upholstery. All seats front and rear are EXTREMELY clean and the stereo is original and in excellent working condition.
-Exterior is well kept, hand washed and waxed most weekends. Roof rails and spoiler was removed. Front bumper was also lined with a clear bra to prevent rock chips. Some small dings on the passenger door panel.
-Title is registered in California, however it is now located in NJ.
I am looking for a responsible owner to upkeep this vehicle for the rest of its lifespan. It has considerable nostalgia and sentimental value for me. This car will treat you well as it is very fun to drive and safe.
