You must call or E-mail us in advance to obtain a return authorization number (RA#)  Refunds or credits will be issued and given after we receive the item back in original condition.We offer a 5 day refund / return policy. They must be as followed.

1. Wheels are not mounted/used

2. Box and contents are not damaged

3. Buyer responsible for all shipping fees. No refunds on shipping charges.

4. Buyer will be subject to a 20% restocking fee

5. All claims for lost, damage or missing items must be reported to us within 24 hours of package arrival.

6. Buyer agrees to allow for Adequate time for resolution of any insurance claims and leaves it up to Best wheel Deals discretion to act with good faith to resolve any issues in regards to replacement of damaged product.

Best Wheel Deals will not be liable for any associated costs incurred by the user, installing contractor as a direct or indirect result of failure or in the replacement of defective, in warranty material, unless Best Wheel Deals grants prior approval. Unauthorized returns of units for in-warranty repairs will be subject to an inspection and handling charge of $150.00 plus any repair and all transportation charges. The customer must obtain return/replacement authorization from Best Wheel Deals Customer Service Department. Indicate the Return Authorization Number that will be provided on the outside of the return packaging materials. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, shipping insurance, and packaging the equipment securely to avoid shipping damage. Any technical advice furnished before or after delivery in regard to use or application of Best Wheel Deals products is furnished without charge and on the basis that it represents Best Wheel Deals best judgment under the circumstances, but it is used at the recipient's sole risk. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any implied warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and/or any other obligation or liability on the part of Best Wheel Deals. The sole and exclusive remedy for breach of any warranty, express or implied, concerning Best Wheel Deals products and the only obligation of Best Wheel Deals hereunder, shall be the repair or replacement of defective equipment, components, or parts; or, at Best Wheel Deals option, refund of the purchase price or substitution with a new replacement product. Best Wheel Deal shall in no way be responsible for any consequential damages, of any kind or nature whatsoever, resulting from the breach of any warranty, express or implied.

Any damages due to shipping will be handled accordingly to the policies of FedEx and Best Wheel Deals. It will be processed as follows:

1. All damaged products will have to go through a claims process of 7-10 business days per FedEx.
2. We understand that shipping damages are not your fault, so please be reasonable because it is also not our fault.
3. Prior to e-mailing us with your problem please have pictures ready for e-mail so that we may process and handle your claim with FedEx within the shortest time possible.
4. Once claims are filed it will be under our discretion when your new products will be shipped out to you. (Normally this will happen with the time period of claims filed but no later than 2 business days after the claim settles.
5. Once again, if you do not agree to these terms and conditions please do not bid on our auctions.
