This 2000 KLR650 is practically new.  With less than 4K miles, it's hardly been used.  I hate to get rid of it, but my wife and I have been blessed with three children in three years, and I simply have no free time to ride.  As you can see, the break-in sticker is still on the tachometer.  Purchased from a local dealer five years ago, this bike has been garaged kept and trickle charged since purchase, ridden only a couple of times per month either around the neighborhood, down the street to the CVS, or occasionally hauled up to Blueridge, GA for some trail and fireroad riding.  The KLR itself comes with a high volume tank bag with built in map viewer and an upgraded faring/windshield which is taller and sturdier than the stock faring.  The battery is brand new, and the trickle charger is hard wired to the battery and so is included in the sale along with the wall plug.  The only flaw (show in the picture of the motor) is rust on the bolts securing the muffler shield.  The bike starts up and runs beautifully. 

Note that you are not only bidding on a perfectly kept KLR650, but also on the gear shown in the pictures; 2 XL Zeus flip-up DOT approved helmets, 1 Large Fulmer off-road helmet, 2 pair of Ocelot riding boots (his and her, sizes 12 and 8), and an aluminum folding loading ramp.   This gear is included in the sale and is worth well over $500.

Buyer will need to pick up the KLR or arrange shipping.  I may be willing to meet the buyer within a 30 or 40 mile radius of my home to make the handoff.  A Paypal deposit of $300 will be required within 24 hours of auction close.  Final payment must come within 7 days of auction close in the form of Cashiers Check (certified from US or Canadian Bank), money order or cash in person.
