Shipping prices posted are for the continental U.S., for HI, AK, AP, and FPO. For international shipping quotes please email us.

POLICIES:

Refunds are given if pre-approved; used items are sold as is and no refund can be given. We will exchange new items if it is defective or misshipped.

All returned items must be returned unused in their original packaging and a restocking fee up to 20% may apply.

We do not refund shipping and handling charges or any other unforseen charges.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. If insured a refund will be given after insurance claim has been settled with shipping company.

All items are shipped from our warehouse within 2-5 business days AFTER payment has cleared. International orders can take up to two (2) days longer. After that you should allow for transit times by carrier. Please check your ebay record and the messages tab for shipping confirmation. If you cannot find a tracking number in your ebay record for your purchased item from Rük Industries then please email us your name, address, and item number and we will forward one to you.

Some items are longer ship items due to factory build times or manufacturing runs. Please note this in auctions before bidding. Most manufacturers are reducing inventory loads so some items may take longer to ship.

Jeep OEM style parts are great replacements for your stock Jeep parts. While we we try to keep all items in stock they are ordered in bulk and from time to time can be on order status. If your item cannot be shipped in the time frame on the auction we will notify you via email.
