I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am paying cash?

More than half of our eBay transactions involve selling and shipping vehicles out of state. Here is the process broken down step by step:

Cash Purchase from Out of State

1. You place the winning bid and make the $500 eBay deposit.

2. We contact each other via email and/or phone to finalize the transaction and exchange information

3. You send certified funds for the remaining balance due plus any shipping charges

4. When we receive your funds we ready the car for shipping, and deliver it to the local shipping terminal if needed - Your new car is now on its way to you, typical delivery time is about a week and a half. We will also be happy to pick you up from Tampa airport if you decide to fly in and drive home.

5. We send you duplicate copies of all the paperwork, one for you to keep, and one for you to sign and return

6. When we receive the signed paperwork, we send out all title documentation

7. You pickup your car at the destination terminal or it is delivered to your front door.

8. Transaction Complete!

I live out of state, how does the buying process work if I am getting financing from my local credit union / bank?

Working with your bank:

1. You place the winning bid and make the $500 eBay deposit.

While our vehicles are scrupulously inspected prior to our purchase, we can't guarantee that some minor parts of the vehicle may have been re-painted, i.e. side door, rear quarter
panel, bumper etc. It is possible to miss minor paintwork due to time of inspection if the paintwork has been done by an expert, which many are these days.

These are pre-owned vehicles and they are sold as 'As Is' condition. However, some vehicles are still under factory warranties or an extended warranty may be purchased.

It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle, won through eBay or not, that the proper venue for any legal proceedings will be conducted in Pinnalles County, Florida.

All vehicles are subject to a one time $199 Administrative fee. This fee includes Documentary & Prep fees. Most dealerships charge over $450 on top of he prep fees which we find to be unfair. These are the only additional fees assessed to out-of-state buyers other than shipping, not a penny more!!!

 Florida residents pay 6% sales tax and a $100 title and license fees Non-Florida residents are to pay their state’s sales tax to the state of Florida if they are not shipping the vehicle.

Florida law requires that we collect sales tax from any person buying a car and driving it through the state of Florida.

 Most states allow a tax credit and you won’t pay the tax again in your own state. If you have questions about your state’s policies please email us and we will be glad to get you that information. Title transfer fees, registration fees, and license plate fees are to be paid in your own state.

All buyers are to pay a $199.00 documentation and prep fee. All of these fees are NON-NEGOTIABLE

If you are the high bidder at the end of this auction, you must contact us within 24 hours to set up payment arrangements. A deposit of $500 is required within 24 hours of auction end.

You can pay your deposit by paypal , or cashier’s check. If deposit is made with paypal , it will be refunded upon receipt of the full amount owed. The deposit is required only to hold the vehicle-not to apply toward the total owed.

 If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements have not been made, the vehicle can be made available for sale.

The full amount is due within 4 days of auction end. If you choose the Buy It Now Option, the auction will be ended early and the sale will be completed through Ebay.
