What you see is what you get.  A nice used part.  This panel is not perfect by any means but is presentable enough for a driver.  IE, the plating does have imperfections.  Used in late 1930 and 1931 (compatible with the round speedometer).  I think the image I took conveys a fair representation of its condition.
