FAQ’s
· Q: Is there any drilling required?
A: There is no drilling needed. These Trifolds are designed to clamp to the lips of the truck rail.
· Q: Will this cover work if I have a plastic drop in bedliner?
A: This cover will work with most under the rail bedliners. However, it should be noted that some modification(cutting) might need to be done to the bedliner to make this cover fit properly. If you have an over the rail bedliner, major cutting would be required. This is not recommended as the cutting defeats the protective nature of the bedliner.
· Q: How much would it cost to have them installed?
A: This cover is designed to install without tools and within about 3-5 minutes. The main challenge is to properly align the front of the cover so that it is even on both sides.
· Q: Who is the manufacturer?
A: We are under contract not to release the name of the manufacturer because the prices listed are 35% -40% lower than their traditional sales channels. This would cause a conflict with their customers, therefore we are selling these as generic covers without labels.
· Q: Why are your prices so low?
A: We are an overstock company who buys large inventories at discounted prices to help liquify manufactures who have too much stock and little cash. We pass these savings on to you, our customer.

A: We handle the warranty directly with you. After your parts have been replaced or your money credited then we then work with the manufacturer on the product.

Quick Shipping
Most orders will be shipped out within 48 business hours after payment has been received. A tracking number will be emailed to you when it ships. Please note that weekends are not considered business days. In the event that a product is sold out before the closing of this auction, you will be notified and offered an immediate refund or option to backorder your product order.
Shipping cost to the 48 continental states is FIXED. PO Box and APO addresses are NOT accepted.

A: We can ship your bars to Canada using a Ground service for an additional $35.00.
· Q: Who pays for duties, taxes, and brokerage fees on shipments to Canada?

· Q: How much is shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii?
A: Shipping costs will vary depending on location ($100-$150 extra). Contact us for details.
· Q: Can you ship using USPS (United States Postal Service)?
A: Since our products exceed the size limitations set by USPS, we can only ship using common carriers as UPS & FedEx.
· Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Local pickups are not available, we ship from various warehouse across the country directly to your front door.
· Q: Can I use my own shipper account number to ship my item?
A: Our shipping agreement with our suppliers does not allow us to operate with 3rd party billing.
· Q: Does someone have to be home to receive my order?
A: A signature may be required. Although, it is not uncommon for delivery drivers to leave packages without a signature. 3 delivery attempts will be made before a package is returned to the sender. Arrangements to leave a package without signature can be made by leaving a note for the driver. On truck freight shipments, the shipping carrier driver will contact the recipient to schedule the delivery of your order. This will require you to provide us with your telephone # when placing your order.

Returns Policy
Warranty Returns:
When the product is received and it is determined that there is a fitment problem due to manufacturing defect, we simply request that you submit proof in the form of digital pictures. If the product proves to be defective, it will be picked up and exchanged for a new non-defective item at no cost to you.
Shipper Undeliverable Returns:
If a package is returned to due to refusal of shipment or undeliverable address. You will be notified when it is received by our warehouse. For reshipment of this package you will be required to submit a payment for the original shipping charges and applicable new shipping charges.
Other Reason Returns:
When a package is returned for any other reason than the ones specified above (i.e. you don't like how it looks on your vehicle), you may request a return authorization number by emailing support@overstockaccessories.com. Return authorizations will only be issued on new unused resalable merchandise in its original packaging. Call-tags will not be provided on these returns. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply
Shipping Policy:
Any returned item will be subject to a refund for the value of the product unless it is a manufacturer's defect and qualifies for our "30 Day Money-Back Guarantee". All other returns have an incorporated shipping charge which will be deducted.
Damage Claims:
Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by emailing support@overstockaccessories.com within 72 hours. Be sure to include: 1. 1-3 pictures (no bigger than 600x400 pixels) showing the damage sustained to the product and box. 2. Name, email address, and item number from the original purchase. Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to such an unfortunate situation.
