This is a(n) Suzuki Model DT5Y 5 Hp Outboard Motor.  It is a fairly recent model.  We are not sure of the year but the serial number is 00504-251136.  This is a two-stroke model.  It can use an internal or external gas tank.

The condition is: Used, very good.  This motor obviously has not seen much use.  There are only a few marks on the lower and propeller, both of which retain nearly all original factory finish.  The only obvious problem is one of the mounting screws is missing its foot. (picture 5).  Otherwise this motor is about as good as they come, USED.

We offer a 7 day return policy at the buyer’s expense on this item.  We guarantee this motor will run and operate properly as long as the user expends a reasonable amount of effort and has some experience with used boat motors.  This motor was lost in pawn so probably has not been run for a couple of months.  At the worst it needs a new plug.
