What are the shipping method? All domestic shipments are made via UPS Ground or United States Postal Service either by regular airmail (3-5 days) or Priority Mail (2-3 days) depending on the type or size of products purchased. Majority of our orders will be ship within 2 business days (mostly within 24hrs) (All mail transit time stated above is best estimated but not guaranteed.)

• International shipment: transit time does fluctuate (Mostly 3-5 Days) via USPS priority

• Canada Customer Please Note: 1. All packages to Canada will be shipped from our warehouse using UPS Worldwide Standard Service. By using this service, buyer will get to save more on shipping fee and also there will be no more hidden fee because we now offer a Flat Rate Brokerage Fee of $5 for any item that is purchased under $200USD. Please note that Canada/International customers will still be responsible for duty taxes, this fee is charged by the Canadian government. For more information, please refer to UPS. 2. We are unable to ship any item(s) to Canada P.O. Box. Please note that if buyer has to put the shipping address as a P.O. Box address, and the item(s) has return back to our warehouse, in order to reship this item, we reserve the rights to ask the buyer to pay the shipping fee again.
• California Customer: we are required to collect 9.25% Sales Tax and will be increase to 9.75% after July 1st 2009

For any non-satisfiction of your purchase, please return the item back to us in 30 days. We will more than happy to process an exchange or refund the product with less S&H. All return items will require the paypal transcation printout, which is the email that paypal sent you after you processed the payment. And always email or call us before sending the package. Please allow 10-14 days for returns and exchange to be process.

All return items MUST be in brand new condition which means the item is never been installed and kept in the original packaging, otherwise you will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the has error or defetived itself. However, if there is not been found any problems or errors found during the testing of the product, there will be a mandatory 20% restocking fee for the price of the item.
