Monday thru Thursday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm

We are closed Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

Shipping:

We Ship Monday thru Thursday only.  The cutoff time for Thursday’s shipments is 10:00am central time.  If you purchase after 10:00 am on Thursday your item will ship the following business day.  We try to expedite every shipment by shipping the next business day, however some may take two business days.   When possible we do discount shipping for multiple items.  Please use shipping calculator.

Most listings we calculate shipments based on weight.  UPS or USPS calculates the cost of the shipment depending on your zip code, we do not charge any fees for handling the package.  All calculated shipping price are based on USPS and UPS rates.   Please do not leave negative feedback on things we cannot control like the shipping rate.

For shops, garages, retail chains, ect. Contact us for discounts when purchasing large quantities.

Return Policy:

We can only give a warranty of not DOA (dead on arrival) on all parts.  Please note that we will not accept returns after 30 days of purchase for any reason.

It is your responsibility to pay shipping to return an item purchased in error.  If you do have a problem with your item please contact us so we can try to help you with that issue.

Because of the volume of questions we receive we cannot answer individual inquires about the listings. This is all the information we have about this listing.   We are not technicians or mechanics we do not know any technical information.

We try to supply you with as much information as we have about the parts listed.  Engine size, year, make, model, and other vehicle specifications do make a difference in the correct part, please be sure you do know your correct vehicle information when ordering your part.  You are the expert.

If you are not 100 percent sure please do not order.  Most local part store can help you with additional information.

We do not charge a core charge nor do we want the core back.

Because of the nature of our business items may be repackaged.

Sales Tax:

We must charge sales tax for Arkansas Residents of 8%.  Please make sure tax is added before check out or this could delay your shipping.
