Terms and Conditions We are only
able to ship to the billing address on your confirmed credit card address for
Paypal payment.

Additional shipping cost will be apply for anything
outside the lower 48 States.
Buyer pay all shipping charges (include custom fee).
Custom fees are calculated and billed to the buyer at the time of arriving
country destination as we have no ability to calculate this amount prior to
shipping. We reserved the right to choose, which carrier service
company to use. If buyer want faster shipping method, please contact
us for quote.
Returned Policy:
All return items must be notified within 7 days from
the date of receiving, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA)
All merchandise without a RMA will be refused and returned back to the shipper.
The merchandise must be unused, in the original packaging and in salable
condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns
and exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of the sales invoice. Any
item(s) which have been pre-installed, cut or modified in anyway will not be
eligible for credit or refund. If a refund is called for, we will refund
the amount paid for the item minus shipping. Unless there is a fault on
our part, we do not pay for shipping back. There is no refunds on the
shipping cost after an item has shipped. Any labor charges incurred for
installation of the products are non refundable.
***No refund, exchange or replacement for products
relating to electrical, fuel and store clearance items.
Damaged Claim:
All merchandise is sold ex-work. This means that
our responsibility ends after the merchandise leaves our warehouse. Claims
for lost or damaged merchandise must be made directly with carrier company.
All damaged merchandise must be reported to the carrier company immediately,
within 24 hours, upon receiving. You will be required to provide a damage
claim number for discrepancy report from the carrier company prior to contacting
us within 48 hours.
Missing Part(s):
Any missing part(s) must be reported to us within 24
hrs of receiving
Wrong Item Shipped:
For wrong item shipped, we will pay for the
shipping and returned shipping cost. Item will ship after the wrong item
is receive. Shipping will be at our discretion.
Before Installation:
It's buyer and installer responsibility to inspect and
determine correct part hand been received prior to Installation. |
