Harley-Davidson BRAND NEW Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) fuel tank decal. Part number 13326-05. Decal is black, sliver, burgandy and red and measures approximately 9 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches. The decal has "HARLEY-DAVIDSON" in silver with a red outline. There is a circle with burgandy and black (burgandy on outside ring.) This decal is sold as a single decal. If more than one is ordered they will all be identical to each other. I AM SHIPPING FROM THE USA AND ANY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT IS GOING TO TAKE MORE TIME THAN USUAL, NO MATTER WHAT SHIPPING COMPANY OR SERVICE IS USED. I GENERALLY SHIP OUT THE NEXT DAY AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE. AFTER THE DROP OFF AT THE SHIPPING COMPANY, SHIPPING TIME IS TOTALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL. RETURN AND INSURANCE POLICY: I try to represent items as accurately as possible. I will pay the buyer to return an item for a refund if the item was grossly misrepresented and the misrepresentation is agreed upon by me. I refund by the same means as I was paid. I will also replace an item in lieu of a refund if the buyer wishes and I have another identical/similar item, but this will be my option only if I wish to do a replacement. If doing a replacement item for other than gross misrepresentation, the buyer pays shipping for the replacement item. Please be aware I will invoice you through PayPal for the replacement shipping charges before shipping the replacement. Other than gross misrepresentation, the buyer pays all return shipping and insurance costs on the item. The item must be insured for the selling price when returned. The item must be in original condition with all original packing and box. I have a 3 day return policy on items. The 3 days starts the day you receive the item. Please notify me via email within 3 days of receipt if you intend to return the item. The item must be returned and in my possession by 14 days after the item was received by the buyer, unless the buyer is International (there will be exceptions for International buyers because of distance issues.) If any of these conditions are not met during the return, I reserve the right to refuse the return. If the item is damaged during shipping and the buyer accepted the optional shipping insurance, the buyer must file a damage claim with the shipping company, with my help. If the buyer refuses the optional shipping insurance, I am not responsible for shipping loss or damage. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask for or about insurance. UPS has up to $100 item value of insurance included in the shipping price. USPS has NO insurance included. INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If International buyer wishes to insure their package, it must be shipped USPS Priority International. When the package is shipped USPS Priority International, the shipping price is greatly increased. USPS 1st Class, Parcel Post and Priority do not automatically include delivery confirmation or tracking. UPS does include tracking but NOT delivery confirmation. If you wish delivery confirmation or tracking please ask, there will be an extra charge for these. I do not automatically include confirmation or tracking to keep the shipping costs down as low as I can for the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ask for or about tracking or delivery confirmation. Please note: AFTER I DROP OFF AT THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT IS SPECIFIED, SHIPPING TIME IS TOTALLY OUT OF MY CONTROL. RECENTLY, USPS HAS BEEN TAKING LONGER TO DELIVER THAN USUAL FOR SOME REASON. Please ask about my return policy, insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation or shipping time if you have any questions. PAYMENT AND SHIPPING POLICY: I pack items very well. Payment must be made within 5 days of the end of auction. I try to ship within 2 business days maximum after payment is made; 90% of the time, I ship the next day after payment is made. I will combine shipping on certain items and in certain circumstances, but please ask me first about this option. Please keep in mind that shipping time to International countries will take longer due to the distance, customs, and times of the year and shipping companies.
