We realize that, as a buyer, it is sometimes hard to purchase an item that you have not had the opportunity to personally inspect or try. We hope you will realize that, while offering a refund to you, the buyer, we need to make a policy that is fair to us as the seller as well.
It is expensive both in time and fees to list an item on eBay. We make a big effort to take good photos that are large and clear enough to see each item well, write accurate descriptions, and answer all reasonable email questions to the best of our abilities.
Our policy allows a buyer who is unhappy with an item to return it and receive a refund, and it also allows us as the seller reasonable compensation for the efforts in listing the item. Please refer to the return policy below.
