Up for sale today is a nice Original Pair of Guide fender lights. These are very rare because they have amber lenses. This is only the second time in 15 years that I've seen these. They will fit on 1940 Chevy cars as well as some trucks. The housings were black and had most of their original paint when I got them. The housings have been media blasted & painted medium gray. Nothing else was done to them other then a little cleaning. The studs are in great condition. One has a couple of tiny dings in the bottom (they can't be seen with a camera) but I have to mention it. No surprises here! One also has some lite pitting on the flange around where the stud is but this is just cosmetic and will not be seen once installed. The amber lenses are also great. The inside light holders even have the original cadmium plating. The outer trim rings are about an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. Both of the bulbs ""' were"  new till I went to test one and forgot it was a 6 volt bulb. But the other one works like new. One of the wires are bare and will need repair. The photo's show the condition well. Why buy repops when you can own originals!!
