This item is brand new from a well known manufacturer that advertises in "Dirt Wheels" and " ATV Action" regularly. Made from a 6mil matte vinyl with a 4mil clear UV protected laminate. Item ship out in 3 to 5 business days. Payments are expected within 7 days. Shipping is $10 for items shipped within the US. Outside the US items ship airmail for $12 to $15.
