TERMS OF SALE:
1. When you place a bid on a vehicle, you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle. This arrangement is outlined in the eBay User Agreement. We take E-bay very seriously and we ask that you do the same, BIDDING ON EBAY IS NOT A COMPUTER GAME . Please make sure you have your funds ready and secured before bidding on our cars. You are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID! DEADBEAT BIDDERS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. eBay is not mail-order, it's an auction. "Finding a better deal", "the cost of shipping is too high", "My 16 year old placed the bid without my knowledge", "a friend used my ID" or "I can't afford it now" are no excuses. 2. Imports Auto Direct reserves the right to obtain and verify the registered information of all bidders participating in this auction. Imports Auto Direct reserves the right to cancel any and all bids at our discretion, or end the auction early if necessary. Furthermore, Imports Auto Direct shall not be liable for any such cancellation for any reason.
3. Bidder with only negative feedback or bid retractions need not bother to bid on our vehicles. These bids will be automatically rejected.
4. Bidder must be 18 years or older.
5. Successful high bidder MUST contact us at imports.auto.direct@gmail.com or call 215-939-6760 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to make arrangements to complete the transaction. All financial transactions should be in the form of cash, cashiers / certified / bank checks or 3rd party financing checks ( Credit cards are accepted for deposits only ). Within 24 hrs. of end of sale, winning bidder must submit $ 500 non-refundable deposit. Balance due within 7 business days of end of sale. We will store vehicle for up to 20 days free of charge. A $260 processing / dealer documentation fee will be added to the final value of the auction. This includes a 30 day Pennsylvania In-Transit / Transportation Plate, temporary pennsylvania registration, notary, messenger and title transfer fees. This fee is not negotiable, and dealers are included.
Due to the fact that we often have multiple prospective buyers for the same vehicle, Imports Auto Direct will not hold a vehicle without a non-refundable deposit and a signed bill of sale. Without this deposit, all vehicles will remain advertised, listed and available for sale.
6. Imports Auto Direct welcomes a buyers inspection. Inspection has to be performed at Certified/Franchise Dealer Facility. If you plan to have a buyers inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to the auction ending. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.
7. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title service fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for vehicle to be titled and registered.
8. Any controversy or claim arising out of or related to the placement and/or acceptance of a bid and/or the purchase and sale of the vehicle on which the bid is placed shall be governed by our State law and the Bidder and Seller agree to submit same to arbitration in the county in which the vehicle was sold in accordance with the rules of commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
