INTERNATIONAL EBAYERS:

Heartbeat City no longer permits international eBayers to bid on our items directly through eBay. If you wish to buy an item we have listed on eBay, please contact me through email at ebay@HeartbeatCity.net It may be possible to set up a "Buy it Now" through eBay for you. The reason for this restriction is many times eBayers have bid on an item, only to find out it is too large or far too costly to ship overseas or to Canada. The size and weight of the part will determine our ability to sell and ship to you internationally as many of the items we sell on eBay are too large to ship abroad.

SHIPPING: 

All shipping costs listed in our auctions are specifically for the lower 48 United States.

Alaska and Hawaii and all US territories can cost considerably more to ship depending on size and weight or dimensional weight. Heartbeat City will combine shipping on all parts you purchase in our eBay store or eBay auctions. To receive combined shipping, you must wait for us to invoice you before paying with Pay pal and your items must be won on the same day. We stock 99% of what we have listed on eBay at all times. You will receive free truck freight shipping on orders over $3,000.00. Please check with customer service about specifics and restrictions. Note: Our free shipping offer over 3,000.00 excludes used parts, rare parts, NOS parts and automobiles.

TRACKING NOTIFICATION:

Heartbeat City uses FED EX and USPS Mail to ship your parts. If your item is under 2 pounds, we may ship your package using USPS mail. There are no tracking numbers or emails from us when we ship with USPS. We receive delivery confirmation on all USPS packages once delivered.

Heartbeat City makes every attempt to ship your part(s) within 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment. In rare instances, we may not be able to ship your part for a period of up to 5 business days. In the event we cannot ship your package within the 48 hour period, you will be notified via email. This would be a rare occasion and is only noted for accuracy. All shipping and insurance is factored into the flat rate shipping costs listed in each auction to cover the time and materials required to properly package and ship your item safely.

All parts are shipped fully insured and packaged accordingly to protect your merchandise from damage during shipment. If paying through Pay Pal, your email address allows us to email your tracking number automatically. Please be sure to check your spam folder for any emails from shipping@Heartbeatcity.net.

DAMAGES & RETURNS:

Please do your research to make sure the item you bid on will fit your car. We will not be responsible for errors or mistakes in bidding. Return fees will apply. We are happy to answer all questions. Due to the costs of selling on eBay, Heartbeat City charges a 15% restocking fee on all returns. No exceptions! If your item(s) are lost or damaged, please do not email. Please call customer service directly at 586-226-8811 during our business hours of 10:00-7:00pm EST regarding any damages or returns.

FEEDBACK:

Heartbeat City will leave you feedback within 30 days or less. Most often feedback is left within a week. On occasion the person who leaves the feedback may not be able to do so until the end of the month. Please do not send emails to request feedback.

SHIPPING, EBAY FEES, DSR RATINGS:

Heartbeat City offers 99% of all the Camaro and Firebird parts that our brick and mortar store located in Shelby Township Michigan has to offer. We offer parts as low at 3.00 in our eBay store. Occasionally an eBay customer will question our shipping and handling costs. We wanted to explain the cost associated with offering small inexpensive parts.

For Example: Heartbeat City offers a 5.00 part for sale on eBay. We pay .03 cents to list the part in the store. When the part sells, we pay 12% of the sale price 5.00 x 12%=.60

The Pay Pal fee is .30 for each transaction and 2.75% of the total including shipping.

Therefore, selling an item for 5.00 means we pay .03 .60 .33 .30 to sell a 5.00 item.

The total is 1.26 for a 5.00 item. The cost to sell such an item is 26% plus all the administrative costs involved. These parts are offered for our customer’s convenience.
