Payments

Please call us at 610-394-0911 if you would like to use Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express via Paypal's Virtual Terminal. You may also pay for your item(s) upon pickup at our warehouse. Payment is required within 7 days of auction end. For combined auctions, payment is required within 7 days from winning your first auction for the full amount of all auctions. At the end of the 7 day period an eBay item dispute will automatically be opened. Any item(s) that are not shipped or picked up within 90 days from the auction ending date will be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of.

Shipping 

We will ship your item(s) within 2 business days from the day you win the auction. We ship via FedEx  and the US Post Office. We do combine shipping when it is feasible to do so. The size of the box is as much a factor as the weight of the box when calculating shipping cost. All carriers now use what is called "dimensional weight" in determining the cost of a package. This link will help you to better understand their methods.
Please be aware of the following facts:

1) Ebay calculates the cost of shipping based on the actual weight and box dimensions that we provide to them at the time the listing is created.
 
2) The price of gas directly effects the cost of shipping.
 
3) Mikebo charges the Fedex or USPS published shipping fees plus 1.25 for the box, tape and packing material to ship your item(s).
 
4) The actual weight of the item and dimensions of the package is posted on every auction page under the Other Information section of the Auction Policies.
5) We ship ALL of our products from our warehouse located in Clifton Heights, PA 19018. (3 miles west of Philadelphia)
 
6) You may pick up your item at our warehouse M-F 9am-5pm. at no extra cost. You will only be charged the winning bid plus PA sales tax.

Sales Tax
If we ship this item within the State of Pennsylvania or if the item is picked up at our warehouse in Clifton Heights, PA, 6% sales tax must be added to the item total unless you can provide us with a completed PA tax exempt form.
Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied w/ the item please contact us immediately. Please do not use the feedback system before giving us an opportunity to address your concerns. We are human, too. All refunds will be granted after the item is returned. We will only take responsibility for shipping and return shipping costs if the return is clearly due to our error.
