Payment
Payments are expected within 2 weeks of placing a bid. We accept Pay Pal. You may call our main sales office at 1-800-229-4950 M-F 9-7pm eastern time to use Visa, Mastercard or Discover. We also can ship Ups C.O.D. for a $8.50 fee.
Pennsylvania sales will be charged 6% sales tax, only PA residents pay sales tax.
Shipping
We use a fixed shipping rate in most cases. Most of our packages fall into the oversize 2 category which means they get billed at 50lbs. There also is a $5.00 additional handling fee because the boxes are over 60" long. All these fees are figured into the shipping fee listed. We try to use a general rate to cover the entire U.S. The calculator provided on eBay estimates too high. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please add $60.00 to cover the additional second day air charges. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses. All international inquires please email us at mwhomer@verizon.net for a quote. We only list items that we have in stock. For any reason if we happen to make an error on our part and run out of an item we will contact you. You will have the option of getting a full refund or we can back order the item.
Delivery: All of our products are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Some cases we use the USPS depending on the address provided. We are located in Pennsylvania, transit times ranged from 1-5 business days. We process all orders within one day of receiving payment.
Terms Of Sale
We guarantee 100% satisfaction! For any reason your not happy with the product call or email us. Please contact us before leaving feedback if there is an issue. We can't help you if we don't know there is a problem All returns must be made within 30 days. All products returned because you ordered the wrong item will have to pay all the shipping fees. We do not charge a 20 - 30 % restocking fee like most sellers do.
Non-Satisfactory Products: This would apply to items that do not meet
with your expectations, and were ordered wrong.
REQUEST FILED WITHIN THE FIRST 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS:
When you request a Return Authorization Number by email within 7 days
from receipt of your product from Intrigued for the return of a product
that does not meet with your satisfaction, you will be offered your
choice of the following 2 options. The date of your email request will be
used to determine your 7-day qualifying period. Any product returned
without the Return Authorization Number issued by Intrigued will be
refused and returned to you by the carrier:
#1 - You may exchange your product for a different product of your
choosing. A customer service agent will contact you. At that time, the
agent will write an order for your new selection including freight
charges to deliver your new product. Credit from your original purchase
will be applied (less original shipping freight). If there is a balance
due, the agent will ascertain all information needed to complete your new
transaction. You will be sent instructions as to where to return your
product (at your expense) for inspection. After inspecting your returned
product and confirming all materials are included, your new product will
be shipped to you.
#2 - You may return your product for a full refund (less all shipping
costs & $10.00 reboxing fee). A customer service agent will contact you
after receiving your email. At that time, the agent will complete your
return authorization paperwork including your credit memo. You will be
sent instructions as to where to return your product (at your expense)
for inspection. After inspecting your returned product and confirming all
materials are included, your credit will be issued.
