This is a single right hand exhaust manifold for a 1965 396 cubic inch Corvette. The casting date is “B 22 5”. Which means that it was cast on 2/22/65. It is a very early production manifold.

 

It has had two repairs that I can see and I have pictured them both. One is on the front bolt flange where the manifold bolts to the head. The other is on the front inner exhaust pipe flange, where the bolt screws into the manifold. Also, the choke heat tube hole in the manifold has been welded closed. This was all done a long time ago and will probably clean up nicely with a little time and effort.
