We bought this Covenant trailer new last year (2008). Model series CC716TA. Size 7x16. Spec plate on trailer shows max cargo weight of 4740 lbs. However, the max axle weight is 7,000 lbs.

Height of interior allows for carriage of standard size refrigerators. Interior light installed, but the bulb is either burned out, or the battery is dead. The back door serves as a loading ramp. Also has a side access door. Electric brakes are very effective and adjustable from vehicle. Zerk grease fittings installed on wheel bearings.

No spare tire included. The approximate back door entry is as follows: Height 6' , width 6' 2".

The roof does not leak, however I had to re-calk a seam in the front of the trailer to keep water out. I have a picture included in this listing of a stained spot at the bottom of the front wall on the floor. A slight water leak was causing this stain. I corrected it successfully by calking. 

 In the interest of honesty, the loading ramp and floor is a little dirty, but not bad. We no longer need the trailer since the completion of our move.

Also in the interest of being upfront with the condition of the trailer, the pictures include as many of the blemishes I could find. There might be more minor ones, however the most obvious ones are shown in the photo's.
