Up for auction is a project car for some collector this is a 1971 plymouth gtx 2 door with a 440 4 barrel it is not the original motor or transmission it is a automatic on the floor trans i do not know if the motor or tranny run,there were 2538 440 4 barrel gtx's made in 1971,2211 of them had automatic transmissions of which 327 of them were 4 speeds.Root beer colored exterior,white bucket seat interior has the 6 way adjustable seat option,white vinyl top,rally dash with tach,power windows,power steering,power disc brakes,air conditioning,spoiler package on the front and rear,light package,dual painted mirrors,tinted glass,3 speed wiper motor,hood pins,am radio,dual exhaust with tips.I have the title in hand and the all so important build sheet there in no fender tag on this car and it is not matching #s.I do not know what year the motor or tranny are the rear end is in place i do not know if its correct or not.Make no mistake this is a complete project car in need of a restore there are a lot of important parts in tacht but this needs work.
